A long-run mathematical measure
Return to player (RTP) expresses the proportion of stakes returned as prizes over a large volume of play. It is not the proportion of your deposit that you are entitled to receive back.
An individual session can differ dramatically from that average. A published RTP does not guarantee a win, a particular loss limit or any specific result.
A percentage is not a prediction
RTP and house edge describe expected averages under the stated rules. They do not say what will happen next. A losing sequence does not make the next independent random outcome “due” to win.
Read numbers with context
An RTP claim needs a source and the exact game version. This directory does not assign RTP figures to unnamed games or assume that different versions share the same configuration.
Use mathematical information to recognise uncertainty, not as a reason to increase spending.
